Graphics in the Media

Many different kinds of graphics or displays of data are used.  Below you will find links to various kinds.  At each link, look at the graphic. 

• Be able to read the data from the chart, table or graphic. 
• Think about whether the data is well displayed. 
• Is it easy to read?
• Is it honestly portrayed?
• Is it complete or is more information needed?
• Would some other form of display be better for the given data?
• Would another breakdown of the classes be better?
• In a poll, are there problems with the wording of the question or the options?
