Majority or Plurality?
•There are two common ways to handle such
elections
1.C wins because of
getting the most votes. This
is called winning by a plurality.
2.A new election is held
(generally called a runoff) between the two highest
vote getters, in this case, B and C.
In the runoff, whoever gets a majority then wins.
