DRESSING ROOM ASSIGNMENT “KEY”:

Dressing room assignments “key” is as follows. HSU will provide a host/hostess to each team upon arrival and a key to their locker room door will be provided to each team.

OFFICIALS DRESSING ROOM ASSIGNMENTS:

Dressing room assignments for Game Officials are as follows. HSU will provide a host/hostess to the officials upon arrival. The host will take care of dressing rooms security and needs of the officials.
Men Officials = Pool Men Public Dressing Room
Women Officials = Pool Women Public Dressing Room
Officials Meeting Room = HSU Varsity Volleyball Dressing Room

NCAA DRUG TESTING SITE ROOM ASSIGNMENT:

The Men’s Faculty Dressing Room will be utilized as the site for this requirement.

MISCELLANEOUS:

• Bus Line Rental: Ouachita Bus Lines out of Hot Springs. Contact Joe Peters at 800-782-2877.
• Hotel and Restaurant information: This will be posted on the HSU web-site by Tuesday March 7.
• Directions from the airport in LR: (Approximately one hour travel time.) Map Quest attached. From the airport you will take Exit 78 which is the Arkadelphia exit. This community is called Caddo Valley and is where the hotels are located.
• Directions from Caddo Valley (hotel) to HSU: HSU is located on Hwy 7 South and is only about 3-5 minutes from your hotel. It is a straight shot into Arkadelphia from Caddo Valley and HSU (Wells Gymnasium) is located on the right as you get into town.
